“Armaxon” (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “Armaxon” in this policy) in this policy primarily refers to Armaxon S.L. and, where appropriate, to other entities over which Armaxon exercises management control. Armaxon S.L. is the “data controller” of all personal information that is collected and used about Armaxon customers for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation. Armaxon is registered in Andorra with registration number L-711142-B and registered offices at Avda. del FENER 11-13, 3-1, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Principat d’Andorra.
Personal data means any information relating to you which allows us to identify you, such as your name, contact details, and information about your access to our website.
We may collect personal data from you when you use our website or when you contact us.
Specifically, we may collect the following categories of information:

Google Web Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web fonts is done in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our website. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

Your data may be used for the following purposes:

- Customer Services communications: we use your data to manage our relationship with you as our customer and to improve our services and enhance your experience with us;
We will only process your personal data where we have a legal basis to do so. The legal basis will depend on the reasons we have collected and need to use your personal data for.

Armaxon is based in Andorra. We deal with service providers who are not located in the European Economic Area (EEA), including those in countries deemed not to have strong data protection laws. Never the less we require all service providers to process your information in a secure manner and in accordance with EU law on data protection. We utilise standard means under EU law to legitimise data transfers outside the EEA. We make every effort to limit any personal data so transferred to be the minimum necessary to deliver our services to you.
We will not share your personal data outside Armaxon S.L. for marketing purposes.
We may share your personal data with the following third parties for the purpose described in this Privacy Policy:
- Legal and other professional advisers, law courts and law enforcement bodies in all countries we operate in in order to enforce our legal rights in relation to our contract with you;
- Social media: You may be able to access third party social media services through our website or before coming to our website. When you are registered with your social service account, we may obtain the personal information you choose to share with us through these social media services pursuant to their privacy settings in order to improve and personalize your use of our website. We may also use social media plugins on our website. As a result your information will be shared with your social media provider and possibly presented on your social media profile to be shared with others in your network. Having regard to the limited scope and scale of personal data processing carried out by Armaxon, we consider Armaxon to meet the exemption provisions of GDPR regarding the appointment of a Data Protection Officer.
Under certain circumstances, by law you have the right to:
- Request information about whether we hold personal information about you, and, if so, what that information is and why we are holding/using it.
